Meet Katie
Katie Wallace Yeaton, a native of Manchester, Connecticut, is a painter and photographer. She is drawn to the untamed natural world and the human settlements that have endured at the edge of these wild places, where human and natural worlds converge.
Her work has received international recognition and has been published in outlets including the Huffington Post, TODAY.com, Outdoor Photographer, Popular Photography, and Landscape Photography, as well as featured in books and newspapers around the world.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Katie is an avid gardener and a member of the University of Rhode Island Master Gardener program. She volunteers her time and photography skills to support various garden-related non-profit organizations.
Katie is also the owner of Brave Hearts Photography, a documentary wedding and family photography studio. She is ranked among the top 100 wedding photographers in the world.
Currently, Katie resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs.
